Beginner Series Classes

You don’t have to be flexible to start doing yoga, we promise!

Our Beginner classes are the foundation for an informed yoga practice.  Even if you’ve practiced yoga before, these classes give you a chance to learn all the basic elements of yoga in a room with the same teacher who can help you learn about YOUR body and how to adapt the poses and practices to your specific needs.

If you’re completely new to yoga, Welcome!  Our Beginner Class teachers are experienced and love to get people started.  We’ve found that new students enjoy being able to learn in a community with other beginners so that they know that all the practices are appropriate for them and their body.
